| Dear Parents, WISH team is excited to announce the classes for the new academic year (2023-2024) Beginning tomorrow. Sunday August 27th (10:30 A.M-1:45 P.M) Timings: Preferred drop off time: (10:15 A.M – 10:20 A.M) Mountain House High School GYM Entrance. – Classes start sharp at 10:30 P.M – Parents are now allowed in the facility – Please hand over your kids to our authorized volunteers and teachers Period 1: 10:30 A.M to 11:30 A.M Lunch Break/Sports: 11:30 A.M to 12:15 P.M Period 2 (12:15 P.M to 1:30 P.M) Zuhr Prayer: 1:30 to 1:45 P.M Pick Up Time: After Zuhr 1:45 P.M Policies: Attendance: Regular attendance is very important for a good learning experience. Three Consecutive unexcused absences or a large number of absences during the school year will result in cancellation of registration. Admin will call parents if a student does not show up. Tardiness: Students have been arriving way after 10:30 A.M – that’s when the instruction in class starts, causing disruption in class and also affects the safety of children hence, we request students to assemble in front of the gym at 10:15 A.M. We will start walking the students to class at 10:25 A.M and after 10:30 the doors will be closed. Cell Phone Policy: No cell phone is allowed during class. In case anyone is seen using it in the classroom, it will be taken away. So please turn it off during instruction time. As always we appreciate your cooperation for the efficient functioning of our school. Jazakallah Khairan Best Regards, Team WISH Together We succeed _ Inshallah ================ Previous Announcement : Orientation Details Dear Community Members, We are excited about the WISH classes beginning Sunday August 27th (10:30am – 1:45pm) WISH management have been busy preparing the classrooms, your child textbooks, workbooks, sports session planning and schedule. Our dedicated WISH management have been working there best for smooth transition to new academic year with more fun filled activities for our community. We are proudly offering electives (arts club, language club, calligraphy etc) as well as sessions for 9th/10th graders. Our seniors shall also be the part of WISH. All the details shall be shared on the Orientation Day. ***We warmly welcome you to our new (2023-2024) academic school year*** ***Orientation is scheduled on August 20th (10:00am – 1:00pm) Unity Center (UC)*** Orientation day gives you and your child the opportunity to visit with the teachers, become familiar with new books and the facility and have questions answered. – Books for the new academic year shall be distributed on the orientation day. Parents are requested to pick up the books from dedicated desks on the orientation day. – Parents are also requested to signup for Volunteer hours with there ease on orientation day. Your volunteer commitment plays vital role in successful commencement of WISH sessions every weekend. WISH staff shall be there to assist you and have your queries addressed and answered.
